| How long does it take to process domain registrations? |

If you register/transfer a domain name, it approximately takes 72 hours until your domain name is fully propagated around the World. This is the standard timeframe for all domain names. You do not need to wait for your domain name to start publishing your site, a temporary web site address is given to you in the welcome email. Once the domain name is live, no further changes are required. |

| Can I have more disk space and bandwidth added to my account? |

Addtional disk space and bandwidth can be added to your account at any time. The price for additional disk space is £2/100MB per month and Bandwidth is £2/1000 MB per Month. Disk space and Bandwidth can be added by accessing the ActivePace customer control centre. You may also upgrade your account at any time using the same process. |

| Can I host adult sites at ActivePace? |

| Can I obtain a dedicated IP? |

Yes, you would just need to select the "Dedicated IP" option on the order form. |

In most cases, no. Dedicated IPs are useful if you want to use Microsoft FrontPage to publish your website before your domain name resolves to our servers. You would also require one if you order an SSL certificate for an ecommerce site. |
